She just happens to have some non-baking recipes up her sleeve.

White Christmas Fudge
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
12 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup dried cherries
3/4 cup toasted almond slices
Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil.
Mix confectioners sugar and milk in heavy saucepan.
Over medium heat, add butter and bring to boil stirring constantly.
Boil for another 5 minutes without stirring.
Over low heat, add chocolate and almond extract.
Whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Stir in dried cherries.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
