Step 3 Of 5. Rosie Makes An Avocado Cream Sauce.

Behold. The avocado.
Fleshy. Dense. Rich. Lush. Luxurious.
My ingredients: avocado chives from my garden lime heavy cream
I zested and juiced my lime into the avocado.
Added freshly ground salt and pepper to taste. And mashed.
Chopped chives went in.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream, or more, until you get the consistency you like.
Step 3 accomplished. On my way to the Holy Grail.
