Marinated And Perfectly Grilled Chicken.

Is this not a beautiful piece of grilled chicken?
88 cents a pound!
I had previously made an Asian-influenced dressing: garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, touch of sesame oil, soy, some citrus action, pinch sugar, salt, and oil. Some toasted sesame seeds might have been in there too. And some chili garlic sauce.
I decided to marinate my chicken in the dressing.
Just pour it in, squeeze the air out, seal it, and massage it. I think the key here was marinating it for over 24 hours.
Mr. Hawthorne did the grilling honors.
It's beautiful.
Moist and tender inside. Crispy skin. Wonderful flavor from the marinade. Perfect.
