Granita Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarse-chopped
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup loosely packed mint leaves
1 lime, zested, and juiced

cucumber, mint-infused simple syrup,
lime juice and zest.
