Maxine's Lovely Backyard Garden.

I've always liked Maxine's backyard.
The light filters through the leaves in the morning and it's quite peaceful, but visually exciting.
Ooooh. Pretty hydrangea.
Isn't this inviting?

Hey Rosie, I've always admired the pix of Maxine's garden. Would you get a little more detail on how it's laid out, and what she grows? It's wonderful.

Hello Marion,
There's a crape myrtle in the back right. Boxwoods around. Azaleas which I missed blooming. The urn has columbine. There are lilies in there. Echinacea. Water features - fountain and bird bath. Liriope.
There's another garden behind with herbs and flowers. It's quite calming.

Lovely garden!

Please tell Maxine that this Master Gardener is envious of her shade and plantings.

Not urn. Terra cotta planter.

The gate to the back garden is to the left of the crape myrtle. Maxine's herbs and flowers are back there. I should be back 4th Saturday in July, if Maxine will have me. I'll shoot more pics then.
