When I was entertaining a slew a vacationing Hawthornes,
I made bread.
I divided the dough into 2 parts:
One was for a crab meat boule;
the other was for a baguette.

I decided to go with quick and easy bruschetta for party food.
Bruschetta is a lovely diversion.
Take a nice loaf of baguette.
Slice on the diagonal.
Top with cheeses and fresh herbs.
Run under the broiler until bread is toasty and cheese is melty.

I used mozzarella cheese, oregano, thyme, and sage.

Yum nummy.
