Rosie Makes Crab Meat Stuffed Mushrooms.

 After making my crab meat boule the other night,
I had crab meat leftover.

 Naturally, I'm making Mushroom and Crab Meat MOREOVERS.

I wiped my shrooms off with a damp towel.

 Heat some butter and oil over medium high heat
and add the mushrooms.

 Brown on both sides.
About 2 minutes a side.

 I stuffed my shrooms with the crab meat mixture.

 And then I topped them with goat cheese.

 Make a quick run under the broiler
to melt the cheese and heat through.

 Delightful and delicate morsels.
