Rosie Makes A Taco Cheese Sauce.

Rosie has had Hawthorne Nephews visiting
and I wanted a quick cheese dipping sauce for my Tostitos scoops.
I nuked 4 ounces each Velveeta and cream cheese.
Stir until smooth.


Add 1 teaspoon each oregano and cumin
and 1/2 tsp cayenne.


Add a little lime zest and stir to mix.

We used this as a dipping sauce,
but it would be very nice poured over nachos.
