And I Present To You - Potato Rolls!

Rosie makes potater rolls. And they're gonna be gooooood.




I started out boiling 3 medium potatoes to a very well-done stage.

I saved the potato water and added two packets of yeast.

Then I added 1/4 cup sugar
to proof the yeast.

Here's everything for my tater rolls.

Notice the proofed yeast. It's all puffy!
