Oh God. Am I still Cooking?

I'm making my sister's recipe for Green Pea Casserole, except, of course, I've changed it. I just can't, for the life of me, do a recipe as it is given to me.

So, here's most everything. The mushrooms are sauteeing on the right.

On the left are:
peas, thawing
chopped onions
chopped celery
can of water chestnuts
Lea & Perrins
Tabasco Sauce
Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing




I've sauteed everything together.
Added 1 tablespoon of flour to thicken.













Pour it all INto a casserole dish.











I topped it with Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing mix.

Will add numerous butter pats on top tomorrow before cooking.
