Ed was here early this morning to start putting up the railings on the deck.

After Mr. Hawthorne and I had supervised Ed for a while and were confident that Ed knew what he was doing, we decided to take a drive up to Chesapeake to look for that Sony 46" Hi-Def flat screen TV to go over the fireplace. Youngest Hawthorne went with us.


Oh. And get this. We ate at a Ruby Tuesday's across the street from the WideScreenTVStore and right there next to it was ... was... a MICHAEL'S!!!!! People, I'm telling you: I could just taste my TurkeyScape, but Noooooo! I so wanted to go in because I've NEVER been to a Michael's, but I was overruled. Rats! : (
