Next on deck is an arrrussssippppeeee I got from Duckyinky: Cranberry Conserve.
Well, the basic arrrusssippeee I did get from Ducky, but you know I can't follow an aarrrrusssippeee exactly, so I added the ornj juish and the Grand Marnier, then flamed it.



Here, I have cranberries, orange zest, peeled, seeded oranges, raisins, and water.






I simmered it for about 20 minutes.











Next, I added sugar.
And pecans.






I added some fresh orange juice.

I cooked this another 10 or so minutes, then added some Grand Marnier. Then I had Mr. Hawthorne light it. That purple you see is the flame.

Hee. My wooden spoon caught on fire.
