Rosie Continues. Is It Thanksgiving Yet?


Sweet Tater Casserole Comin' Up!

Here's my mise en place.










I boiled the taters, drained them, then added the two aigs, some fresh orng juice, some 1/2 and 1/2, salt and pepper.
Spooned it INto my buttered baking dish. Topped it with light brown sugar, then topped it horizontally half pecans, then vertically half marshmallows.. Because not EVERYBODY likes nuts and not EVERYBODY likes marshmallows.

Some like marshmallows, some like nuts, some like both, some like neither, some like ... OH I DON'T KNOW! Just EAT damnit!

Tomorrow, I'll top it all with butter, then POP it INto the oven.
