What's The Difference You Ask?




Here's the sludgy, cloudy, yucky looking stock/broth made from leftover chicken parts and veggies, simmered for lllllliterallly hours. It has parts in it. And parts is parts as we all know.
It has the nasty bits.


I went to a very little bit of trouble to produce this:








A clear, clarified, jewel-like consomme that is shimmering perfection.

I ask you, which would you rather consume?
