New Things In My Bedroom.

I decided today that my bedroom needed a bit more change. See that little corner etagere thingie?
That used to be in the corner in the hall next to my washer and dryer and my bathroom. It was piled up with triangular-folded towels. I decided to free it from being tethered to the laundry/bathroom.
I put it in my corner of the bedroom and went to Home Depot to buy some plants. Dracaena on top, then a fern in the middle, and finally Pothos on the bottom. And that's my Magesty Palm on the right, which I've had for a few weeks and IT'S STILL ALIVE!

On my dresser, I have a new Ming Aralia there on the left. (I think that's what it is. I've had one before and killed it.)

In the copper pot, on the left I have an old Deiffenbachia. On the right, I don't know what that is. Perhaps Master Gardener, Orchidgal, could tell me.

Above my bed is an artwork Daughter Hawthorne made and gave me for Christmas.

I must take a close up of it so you can tell what's going on. It's all positives and negatives and backgrounds and foregrounds.

I guess I'll get a comment from her telling me I'm totally an idiot. But hey, that's the way I see it.

ETA: Here's the close up. I see cherries, watermelons, pineapples, palm trees, tulips, suns, butterflies, pears, and is that a tear, Lane? I also see an M for Michael Sr., and M for Michael Jr, a D for Dillon, and an A for Ann. The L for Lane is in the signature at the bottom right: Love/Lane.

I love this art work. My daughter made it for me.
And I think it's cool as shit.

This was a very gray day today. It rained all day long.

I'm loving my waterfall.

Pretty plants. Tell Lane she did a great job. You're right to be proud of her.
