Wosie Woks Again.


I decided to stir fry for dinner last night. We have thinly sliced pork loin, ginger joose and garlic in the little ramekin, cornstarch, stock, and soy sauce in the glass bowl, stock in the measuring cup, then celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and chopped garlic and ginger.










And snow peas.
Almost forgot them.











I started out sauteing
the carrots and celery.











Next, I added the shrooms.












Throw in the snow peas.










Next, toss in the onions.

Stir fry a bit and set aside.








I cook the pork separately.














After cooking the meat, add the veggies back in and slowly pour in the mixture of corn starch, soy sauce, ginger joose, and stock. Heat until thickened.

Serve over a bed of rice.
