Rosie made a very nice Asian inspired salad for lunch today.
First, she minced some garlic and ginger.

Next, Rosie added about a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, a tablespoon of brown sugar, a tablespoon of orange marmalade, a teaspoon of hot sesame oil, 1/3 cup of extra light olive oil, and about 1/3 of a red pepper, minced.
Whisk in the oil to make a
nice emulsion.
Here, Rosie has some nice mixed greens, shredded carrots, clover sprouts, garlic croutons,
and cashews.

Other nice additions would be toasted almonds, those little sesame snack munchies they have in the produce section,
and sliced red grapes.
