Mr. Hawthorne Cleans More Softshells.

Just in case you didn't catch it,

here's how you clean soft shell crabs.

And we bought these for $1.50/each.

I don't get to know the soft shells even though I name the lobsters I'm getting ready to put in the sauna.
I just photograph the crabs in neat little rows before Mr. H. snips off their body parts.
