Rosie Makes Cake In A Mug.

I must admit I was curious about the following recipe.
I received an email from my dear friend, Maxine,
for 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake.
This is a very dangerous recipe
since now we are just minutes away
from chocolate cake at any time, day or night.

The ingredients:
 4 TB flour
 4 TB sugar
2 TB cocoa
1 egg
3 TB milk
3 TB oil
3 TB chocolate chips
vanilla

and 1 large microwave-safe coffee mug
First mix the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, ...
... and cocoa.
Add in the beaten egg and mix well.
Add in the milk, stirring until smooth.
Stir in the oil, mixing thoroughly.
Add in some vanilla.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
 Oooh ... Lookie.
 It's rising.
don't know how many watts my microwave is
 but I don't think it's 1000
(and my instruction book had no specs).
So I nuked it for 4 minutes which turned out right.
Let it cool a bit.
Then invert.
And you know what?
This ain't half bad.
The texture may be a bit off
but it's chocolate cake in 5 minutes.
Look at the chocolatey chippy goodness.
I asked Mr. Hawthorne today what he thought about it.
And his reply was, "I really haven't thought about it."
"But," I said, "this would be good with some vanilla ice cream."
 "Well," Mr. Hawthorne said,
"A turd would be good with ice cream."
Mr. Hawthorne and I each had one bite
then we left it out to cool while we ran some errands.
And this is what was left when we got back 45 minutes later.
Somebody liked it.
