Mr. Hawthorne and I took a weekend
and left for wester parts.
We departed Friday morning.
He dropped me off at Maxine's in Danville, Va.,
for some much needed R & R

and he continued on to Bassett, Va.,
for his annual family reunion.
We arrived home this (Sunday) afternoon.
It's always good to get home.
And it's nice to be missed.
