It's Sunday morning.
And we're having Eggs Hawthorne.
That's a toasted English muffin
with a slice of grilled ham,
steamed spinach,
2.5 minute poached egg,
and Hollandaise sauce.
The violation of the yolk.
Always my favorite part.
