Welcome again to Rosie's garden.
This is crocosmia, a member of the iris family
and a native of the grasslands of Cape Floristic Region, South Africa.
This is a purple coneflower,
or Echinacea purpurea,
a member of the daisy family.
Sunflower volunteer.
Ruellia and hibiscus.
The ruellia is a perennial.
I started with one small plant a few years ago,
and I've divided it many times,
moving it to several areas in the garden.
