Christmas Baking. Day 1. Cookie #3. Peanut Butter Cookies With A Hershey Kiss.

It's still Tuesday.
And Rosie is on Cookie #3.
Peanut Butter Cookies With Hershey's Kisses melted into the cookie.
I like these little peanutty puffs of airiness with a chocolate volcano in the center.
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cookies With Hershey Kiss:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
 Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together butter, p-butter, sugar, b-sugar, and egg.
 Add in remaining dry ingredients
and mix until you form a dough.
Roll into small balls and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until just golden brown.
While on baking pans and still hot,
place a Hershey Kiss in center of each cookie.
I think I just misplaced a modifier up there.
 I wasn't on a baking pan,
 although I was totally HOT.
Around 70 Kisses.
Little Soldiers.
One half cup peanut butter gets mixed into one stick of softened butter.
Add in 1/2 cup sugar and mix.
Half cup packed brown sugar.
Party it.
Whup 'at aig in't.
And then the dry ingredients.
Work it until you have a sticky dough.
Roll into small balls. Place onto baking sheet.
When these little buggers come out of the oven, push in a Hershey Kiss, immediately.

That's a purty cookie. Peanut Butter Beauty Cookie #3 Of The Annual Christmas Rosiethon. Rosie is gaining MOMENTUM!
