Day 11 Of The Rosiethon - Praline Cookies.

 My Rosiethon posts will be coming
several times a day now
so I can finish the recipes for you before Christmas.

You must keep up!

 It's Day 11 of the Rosiethon.
I'm making quick and easy Praline Cookies today.

Praline Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups flour
1 TB vanilla
3 cups chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter.
Add sugars, egg, flour, and vanilla.
Add pecans.
Drop dough onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
Let stand a couple of minutes before removing from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Melt butter.

Add in sugar.

Add in brown sugar.
Stir to mix.

Stir in beaten eggs.

Flour in.

Mix well.

Stir in nuts.

Scoop with melon baller
and place on lightly greased baking sheet.

Remove to racks to cool and
sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar.
