Here is my humble bedroom. Ed finished the bird's eye maple flooring today and I must say I'm liking it a lot. It's a bit more complicated than the maple in the kitchen but this would not work in the kitchen - conflict with the
intense tigerwood in the living room. It works just fine in the bedroom.
I like its complexity.
Tomorrow, the base trim will be painted and the dings and whatever will be painted over.
Then my furniture will be moved back INto the room.
And life will be a little bit more "normal."
Whatever that is.
