Rosie Cooks Smoked Sausages With Apples And Cinnamon For Breakfast With A Side Of Baba Au Rhum.

I made an Amazing Breakfast the other morning.
First I diagonally sliced some Gwaltney smoked chicken and pork sausages and sauteed in a little butter before adding a sliced apple.
Here's the ingredient that makes this so special - cinnamon - just a teaspoon or two.
And a teaspoon or two of sugar.
Cook until the sausages are browned and the apples softened.
And serve.
And if you happen to have some babas au rhum, that would be fantastic.
This is almost decadent.
This was an excellent way to start out the day. Stay tuned for Mr. Hawthorne's fabulous lunch. It just keeps getting better and better.
