It's Funny How People Get To My Blog.

I frequently check my FeedJit to see how people get to my blog. You can too, if you're of the mind. Just scroll down this page and eventually you'll see a column with "Live Traffic Feed" on the right-hand side. "Live Traffic Feed" is in white letters against a dark blue background. When you scroll farther down, you can read the locations of different hits on my blog. (Locations include both the location of the reader, city-wise, and the location on my blog - whatever particular post.) If you go to the bottom of the column, click on "Real-time view" (White letters against a blue background.) and a new screen comes up with the info - time of the hit, where the reader is from, how the reader arrived at my blog, whether it was by a direct hit, by actually typing in www.kitchensaremonkeybusiness.com or Googling either "Rosie Hawthorne" or "kitchensaremonkeybusiness", or by an indirect hit, by Googling a certain subject and landing on a page that has my blog listed on it. It's quite interesting to see the different, sometimes bizarre, things people Google that lead them to my blog. Anyways, I have digressed, so let's get to my Feedjit entries and see what people Googled and how they got to Rosie. This person Googled "jesus visits martha mary funny stories." Who googles that? What does it mean? And that person got to one of my favorite posts: St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Hillsborough, NC.
Check it out. Here's my Feedjit entry.

When you click on the Jesus link above, you get this Google link:
Kitchens Are Monkey Business: Rosie And Mr. Hawthorne Visit St ... Sep 15, 2009 ... Stained glass is story telling. When ever you see a figure that has a cross in his halo, ... At the bottom is Jesus at the home of Martha and Mary. ... which is hands-down one of the funniest sitcoms on TV today. ... www.kitchensaremonkeybusiness.com/.../rosie-and-mr-hawthorne-visit-st.html
"Jesus at the Home of Martha and Mary ...
which is hands-down one of the funniest sitcoms on TV today." I hate the way Google edits me. Fast forward a few days and here's tonight's interesting Feedjit entry:
Dover, New Hampshire arrived from google.com on "Kitchens Are Monkey Business: The Puppies Play In Puddles." by searching for thunderstorms pee.

Someone from Dover, New Hampshire, actually googled videos for "thunderstorms pee." And naturally, that led them to my blog. When you click on the thunderstorms pee link, you get to this page. The fifth entry is "The Puppies Play In Puddles." Check it out, here. I love my Feedjit.
