Rosie Gets Professional Help.

Rosie finally gets professional help.

No, no, no.
Not that kind of professional help.

When That Bitch Irene blew through here last summer,
she left her calling cards all over my yard.
I have weeds I've never seen before.
And plenty of them.

I tried spraying a few weeks back,
and it's starting to work,
but I needed the pros.

They showed up this week.
Mere hours after the grass/weeds
were cut for the first time of the season.
Perfect timing.

You can hear one guy at the end of this clip
talking about my cilantro, which I offered them.
"You know, the stuff that goes into pico de gallo."
He seemed very excited about the cilantro.

I have enough cilantro right now
to service every Taco Hell within 500 miles of me.
Oh wait.
They don't use real cilantro, do they?
Tant pis!

I soooooo want one of those riding things,
but I'd probably end up in the canal.

Rosie is a happy camper.

Her yard has been fertilized for winter recovery,
she has a pre-emergent application for crabgrass,
and she has her broadleaf weeds controlled.

It's starting to come together.

Life is good.

I have seen lawn mowers where they ride behind them like that, but never sprayers, or whatever that thing was. Interesting. At this point my yard is probably only 75% grass, but at least it is green.

I ran the numbers of what I was spending on herbicides and pre-emergents, and weed and feeds, and whatever else. There was more. I just can't recall.

It was ridiculous. Plus, I didn't know what I was doing. Now, I got de PROS!

This is cheaper, more efficient, and they know what they're doing.
And they'll be back every two months.

LAWN DOCTOR!
