It is Day 6.
Sunday.
I'm starting out with Pecan Puffs.
Pecan Puffs
1 stick butter
2 TB sugar
1 tsp sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup sifted cake flour
Beat butter and sugar.
Add in vanilla, pecans, and cake flour.
Roll in tiny balls and cook 35 minutes at 300 degrees
on greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
