Wednesday Night. Mr. Hawthorne Cooks A Magnificent Dinner, Once Again.

To be honest, I haven't been doing much cooking lately, outside of Christmas baking. Mr. Hawthorne has stepped up to the plate.
Wednesday night's dinner: beer batter fried cod, mixed greens - kale, collard, Swiss chard, turnip greens, and turnips.
The greens and turnips were picked fresh from my garden.
The cod was plucked fresh out of the canal. OK. Not really. They were from Harris Teeter.
Excellent meal.
Beau wants some.
