It's still Monday, Day 7.
I'm using up the last half of the
doubled Butter Cookie Dough
to make Coconut Cookies.
Coconut Cookies
1 recipe Basic Butter Cookie Dough
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 tsp almond extract
Add coconut and extract
(the good kind, of course)
to dough.
Mix and chill.
Roll into balls
and bake at 375 for
15 - 20 minutes,
until lightly browned.
